What we do

Services that support the whole journey

From figuring out what kind of work you'd enjoy to staying successful once you're hired, we're with you along the way.

Career Planning

We get to know you: your goals, availability, transportation, likes and dislikes, sensitivities, and any barriers to employment, plus how to overcome them.

Job Development

Creating or updating your resume, searching for jobs that match your wants and needs, applying, following up on applications, and preparing for interviews.

Job Placement

We advocate for you to get interviews and offers, make sure the job is a good fit before you accept, and talk with managers about any accommodations you'll need on day one.

Job Coaching

On-the-job support to make sure you're fully trained, completing tasks to standard, and building natural support connections with coworkers.

Benefits Planning

Help getting and keeping benefits such as SSDI and food assistance, and understanding exactly how working will affect them, from certified Work Incentive Practitioners.
